The client agrees to provide timely feedback, approvals, and materials (such as brand guidelines, logos, access to venues, or third-party releases) reasonably required for Doozy Productions & Consulting, LLC to perform the services. Delays in providing such items may affect delivery dates.
While Doozy Productions & Consulting, LLC strives to deliver high-quality work, outcomes depend on many factors outside our control (including third-party platforms, venue conditions, talent schedules, and client-provided assets). We do not guarantee specific business results, audience reach, or revenue from creative or consulting engagements except as expressly stated in a signed agreement.
